[bf1942] clients cannot connect

Ports 14567 and 23000 (or 22000 for lan) are UDP ports and will not have
listeners attached, thus, a port acan will not show them open. However,
the RCON port, 4711 is a TCP port and will show up.

     You need to have the game.serverInternet setting in the con file
set to 1 to advertise anything but lan. ...
