[bf1942] Wouldn't a news group be better than email?

I'm willing to setup the forums anyway way we can get a consensus on and
I would even spring for a shiny new UBB 6.4 upgrade if people agree
forums is the way to go.

I think the forums idea is great because it could be broken out into
different groups like bug reports, admin help, etc[Bill Wood] .
