3 processes running?

I just got a email from the server admin where my game is hosted, he told me
that when I start the server, 3 processes come up. The 3 together take 55.5%
CPU...

61565  p4  S+     0:14.07 ./bf1942_lnxded
61569  p4  S+     0:00.00 ./bf1942_lnxded
61570  p4  S+     0:00.00 ./bf1942_lnxded

thats what it says with 'ps x' when i run the server. i killed the 61570,
but when i killed 61569 it said 61569  p4  Z+     0:00.00  (bf1942_lnxded)

Not sure what to do..any help?
