[bf1942] Jerky lag on linux servers

Too bad, 
Redirecting server output messages to /dev/null didn't help in my setup...
Server is still annoyingly jerky, specially when using tanks and when 
turning around.
On a postive side, it doesn't crash and ping's are now 0 ;)
