bug?

I think I found a bug.  I dont know if it's a bug in the client, or
perhaps in the server, so I didnt bother with bugzilla yet.

I was tooling around on my server (was the only person logged in) and I
noticed that I could fire the main gun on a tank before it was fully
reloaded.  There was no muzzle flash or sound, but the tank would recoil
and the target would take damage (I shot at a jeep and fighters sitting
on the runway - each take one shot at fairly close range to be
destroyed).

Each time I was able to 'shoot' with the reload 'meter' at about 8/10 of
the way charged, then again when it was full.  The meter did not start
over, either.

Like I said, I am unsure if this is a known problem.  I stumbled into it
on accident, thought I'd ask the list.
