admin.enableremoteadmin again

Hello BF1942 Fans,

  Now I have the following problem:

  Whenever I use admin.execremotecommand I always get a 1 as result
  telling me that the remoteadmin password was accepted.
  BUT:
  The server does NOTHING

  It doesn't change the map when I want, it doesn't restart a map, I'm
  even unable to kick a player...

  All I get is a 1 but no response from the server...
