[bf1942] Status of Linux server? Ryan? Hello?

Well, correct me if I'm terribly wrong but as far as I know, Ryan has no
connections with EA apart from getting the source of the Windows version
to implement changes in his own code. I had the impression EA itself
isn't very interested in providing a Linux server, and that the BF42-lnx
devellopement was completely 3rd party (as was with Loki doing the Linux
port of UT.)
