[bf1942] 1.3 cut some Stingsbug

I would assume that if it were the case with win32 servers, then after
the first map change, all 1.3 servers would exhibit truncated names.
However, according to All-Seeing Eye, only Linux server names are being
truncated. An actual bug indeed.

nice 1 Joe. Anyone know it this is the same in the win32 I suspect this
