So, it looks as if all those people who are running FreeBSD are SOL with
the 1.4 release.  I don't think the linux-compat ports have been
upgraded
to include gcc3 yet......

Now, I might be wrong..  But if this is the case, this will be the final
nail in the BF1942 coffin for me at least..
