In Game Admin Commands need overhaul

But is it possible to get some good, short and easy to remember admin
commands put into the server? Instead of the very long ones currently used?

Or at least allow people to bind keys to do it automatically.

I am basically passing this on from several clans who really hate the in
game admin current setup.
