BF will never rival CS in terms of popularity. Actually no new $50 games
will given that CS is free and runs on older hardware. I'm looking in ASE
right now and I see that there are currently 2240 BF servers up, CS has
27218 servers currently running worldwide. The gap between CS and the game
with the next most servers, Quake 3, is about 24000 servers. I don't see
anything dethroning CS anytime soon, this is not to say of course that there
aren't better games than CS out, most new FPS are much more fun, but CS is
mega-rooted...
BF has got to beat MOHAA, Unreal Tournament, UT2k3, and a few others before
setting her sights on HL or CS...
