Only remote admin port opened

Found my server running today with only the remote admin port open, no GS 
or play port. A couple of restarts and it finally came up. I touched the 
ServerSettings.con but I'm not sure what I changed to fix it. Nothing in my 
console log to show what may have upset it.

RFE: More details to the console if there are any syntax errors in any of 
the .con files.
