Just fixed that in my local build.  :)

It's because you have the wrong IP in your ServerSettings.con, apparently.

The crash is because it's trying to free something it hasn't initialized
yet when doing a premature shutdown for having a bogus config.

The crash is fixed, but you'll still need to update your .con file.
