[bf1942] Admin commands not working on latest version?

maybe I am doing it all wrong then.... I SSH into my server let it startup
(BTW it runs great otherwise so far) and after I see:

DBGSTR: *** Changing challenge# ***
DBGSTR:

(0): Error: : 1Failed to load


 I try putting in a command: admin.changeMap "Omaha Beach"
and nothing happens...
