[bf1942] crash updates...

As you may of seen the *nix community has a higher overall knowledge
of their systems hence when crashes occur a lot more info can be feed
back to the developers such as stack traces etc. This will sometimes
be a port specific bug, sometimes a generic one so overall both
servers should become more stable if the people with the purse
strings keep handing it over :P

who will please please please work on server stabilty
i don't mean the current bug i mean the fact that the windows server
crashes about twice a day
