I setup my little script (borrowed from this list, because I'm a lazy 
admin ;-) to copy the good maplist.con file in after a crash, but it 
didn't help - the server still corrupted the file and segfaulted right 
after initialization.  Once it starts segfaulting, the only way I've 
found to get it running again is to remove the whole ~/.bf1942 directory.
