[bf1942] My server has run but

Greeting all.

Alright, I have the server unpacked and running right now.  64.246.20.42

I am at work right now so connecting from here is an impossibility.  I 
termin served into home and refreshed through all seeing eye and
low and behold my server showed up. 
Question:

What the hell can I do from the console to make sure that its ACTUALLY 
running properly?  Meaning every command I type gives me nothing.
game.listplayers, yadda yadda
