[armyops] Success with Radeon and DRI

I'd like to report success with a Radeon card when using the most recent DRI
build from http://dri.sourceforge.net .  Specifically, I used 

http://dri.sourceforge.net/snapshots/radeon-20030518-linux.i386.tar.bz2

and most things seem to work.  I have not fully tested every aspect of the
game, but I'm glad I made it this far...
