SCI has exclusive rights to the Linux ArmyOps server; unless they
relinquish that right, there will not be a Linux server binary for the
public. This is a contractual thing between them and the Army, and will
not change as long as the contract exists and both parties don't agree to
a public server release.

I don't make the rules, that's just how it is.
