The CVS version of OpenAL has "four speaker" support...I don't know if
that actually means "four channel" and what hardware/drivers it needs.

I can't remember if it's a #define, but if it gets compiled in by default,
the openal.so I shipped with 1.7.0 should have it.

Someone will have to experiment and let me know.
