[aquaria] Gamepad improvements

I have been working on gamepad navigation improvements for the past few days. Is anyone else doing this? I would not want two people both working in this area.

Here is what I have created navigation for so far:

* The resolution combo box and drop downs (also affects any other combo boxes the game may have)
* Songs on the song menu page
* The sort button for ingredients

Here is what I still want to create navigation for on this branch:

* The recipe scroll’s effect descriptions
* The X tray on the cooking screen
* Page-flipping on the save/load screen, like how ingredients work

The map needs better gamepad support, too, but that should probably be a separate branch.
