  ChiNetworks, icculus.org's ISP, is upgrading the router we're plugged into. During the upgrade, icculus.org will not be accessible.

  The upgrade will happen on April 14th, sometime after 11pm Central Time, and may take up to three hours (but probably less).

  Obviously, no services we provide will be available during this time, but no incoming mail will be lost during the outage; it will queue up and arrive probably within minutes of our return to the internet.
