  After much less downtime than I honestly expected, icculus.org is back.

  Apparently our previous ISP went out of business somewhat suddenly, so we shipped the server off to sunny Austin, Texas, where it is being hosted by the Unreal Developer Network.

  There might be little burps as DNS entries get updated and such, but we should be good to go again.
