Vehicles

Crashing and Ramming: All vehicles are given a ram value, this is the amount of blunt damage the vehicle does upon impact to a non-living target. Living targets treat the damage as Impact. If two vehicles hit then persona's in each vehicle take damage equal to one half of the ram value, as Blunt damage. If one vehicle deliberately hits another, the persona's in that vehicle suffer one-fourth normal damage. Damage is multiplied by a d3 modifier, and uses averaged armor.

Firing at Passengers: This can be accomplished with a -20% BAC penalty, and the passenger gains the benefit of the vehicle's armor.

Firing at Specific Areas: Vehicles will have separate P Trait ratings for different areas, such as wheels, windows, etc., that can be aimed at. Weapon Special Skills, Specific Target allows this to occur without penalty, if this K/S area is not possessed than a -15 modifier is applied.

Control Checks: All vehicles have a control rating that determines the base DR for making a control check. Control checks are made when the GM decides that conditions are out of the ordinary. Modifiers are decided by the situation. Opposed K/S checks can be used when making high speed chases.
