Shrek 2 (tm) for Macintosh

System Requirements:
 - MacOS X 10.2.8 or later
 - PowerPC G3/G4/G5 at 700MHz or faster
 - 256 MB of Memory
 - 800 MB free disk space
 - 3D Graphics Acceleration required (ATI Radeon 7500/nVidia GeForce 2 or better)
 - 32 MB VRAM
 - Keyboard and Mouse required to play

Introduction

Refer to this document if you encounter difficulties with one or more aspects of installation or running the Shrek 2 (tm) game.  Many of the most commonly encountered issues are covered here.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Use of the in-game console is not supported by Aspyr.  Please do not contact Aspyr Customer Support with issues that arise from using console commands in-game.


Install Instructions

Insert the Shrek 2 (tm) CD into your computer and then double click the Shrek 2 (tm) CD icon that appears.  Double click "Install Shrek 2" and follow the on-screen instructions.

To uninstall Shrek 2 (tm), drag the Shrek 2 (tm) folder from where you installed it into the trash can.


Troubleshooting

Single-button mice
For single button mouse users, clicking your mouse will act as the left mouse button. To jump (normally the right mouse button), press the Control ("ctrl") key.

Movie Skipping
You can skip movies in the game with the Spacebar or ESC key. At any point during a movie, hit the Spacebar or ESC key and the movie will end immediately. However, several of the movies cannot be skipped.
