Strange, PS3 doesn't support DirectX. Prey was out for OSX I believe.

On Sun, Dec 5, 2010 at 11:57 PM, Keith Z-G <keithzg@gmail.com> wrote:
going to come out for OSX, but not Linux. But it never even came out
for OSX, did it? Has ANY UE3 game come out for a UNIX-like operating
system? Or one that isn't Windows? Same thing basically, I know, but
different potential causes.

Okay, I guess Apple's iOS is a UNIX derivative. But not counting any
mobile or console platforms. The official Unreal Technology site
nowadays says "Unreal Engine 3 is a complete development framework for
DirectX 10-equipped PCs, Xbox 360® and PLAYSTATION®3". I think at
very least this goes deeper than just UT3, something is either
technologically or (more likely, considering Ryan's comments and the
fact that the PS3 and iPhone ports exist) legally incompatible with
any OS that isn't Windows.
