    Hehe, I would expect opposition from him, as such a lawsuit would
    drive up cost barriers to future development, thereby slowing the
    progress toward the long term goal.  IMO, one lost battle in the war
    is not worth dredging up years later to poison the whole potential
    industry of Linux gaming, all just so that X of us can get a hope
    for a coupon for the purchase price on Epic's next Linux-unsupported
    title (which is often the way these class actions get settled out of
    court, along with big checks in the pockets of all the lawyers
    involved).<br>

    Admittedly, my skepticism about class actions is derived from my US
    bias, so YMMV in other jurisdictions...  ;)<br>

                        be subpoena'd, and you'd get to see who decided
                        that it wasn't worth the work to replace the
                        legally encumbered part that they were dumb
                        enough to build into it, in the first place.<br>
