I downloaded, checked the md5 checksum, installed without any issues and started to follow the instructions here, <a href="http://utforums.epicgames.com/showthread.php?t=603695">http://utforums.epicgames.com/showthread.php?t=603695</a>, on creating a Web Admin Server. Get's to here and just sits there:<br>
