And they will most likely not sit on them. AMD & nVidia were working closely with Havok on HavokFX until Intel bought them out and cut them off. Most likely nVidia will start producing GPU/PPU hybrid chips or graphics cards that also have an onboard PPU supporting PhysX to make up for their loss with HavokFX.<br>

3DFX was a dead company when Nvidia bought them, so that time didn't<br>cause any loss of profitability. AGEIA is a currently profitable<br>company. Nvidia can't afford to just sit on them.<br><font color="#888888"><br>
