[ut3] GameSpy StunServer issues?

Hello,

Is anyone still on this list and running UT3?
I've recently been having trouble with dedicated UT3 server starting 
completely, and it seems like the issue might be that GameSpy servers 
are no longer working. I understand that GameSpy is now gone, but the 
listing servers seem to have been still running until recently.
Can anyone enlighten me as to the configuration changes I need to make 
to have a non-lan dedicated server be listed and start completely?
