Yes, I'm sure. You're so in touch with reality. Let's have a check then, shall we?

Them: No updates.
Us: - annoyance -
Them: No updates.
Us: - frustration -
Them: No updates.
Us: - anger -
You: It's your own fault if you got screwed. You assumed the position.
Us: - anger -
You: They don't give us any updates because of you.

You're an idiot, or you're doing a great impression. I don't care which.

So you're saying it's better if reasonable people don't speak up on this list and give Ryan the false impression that every single person "still" waiting for the Linux client is a rabid dog waiting to attack him as soon as he shows his face? o_O These threads are the embodiment of why we don't get active updates from him.

Obviously subscribers do have a life away from UT3 - as you yourself said, this ML is silent for months at a time. Then one user asks about the client, and all the regulars get fired up for a few days. Then more months of silence, and the cycle begins again. We're not here bitching about the client every day.

Then you deride the users for 'personally attacking Brizz', and in the next breath tell them to move out of their mom's basement. What's that all about?

This mailing list is occasional therapy for angry and seemingly abandoned linux lovers until such a time as the client is actually released; at which time, we can have real discussion regarding the linux client rather than cry about its unavailability. Until then, it'd probably be best if Brizz and his ilk would lay off and let the users vent a bit.

As little as their crying is helping matters, Brizz's bitching about their crying is only making matters worse. Let linux lovers enjoy our rage-powered therapy for a few days of the month. Women the world over are allowed something similar, after all ;)

And now I've opened myself up to a whole new attack from the one or two feminists subscribing to this mailing list... My work here is done. :)
