[ut3] An expansion is coming to UT3

I am here patiently waiting the announcement (if it comes) that UT3 linux
client is available.  I'm not ranting, though I am kinda tired of seeing the
same old "Epic screwed us" flames.  Ok we get it, UT3 wasn't released in a
timeframe that was suitable for you, get over it.
