[ut3] ut3 linux server: high ping after mapchange

Hi,

I'm running a UT3 server which works fine until I change the Map - the 
ping then slowly rises up to ~150 (before it was ~20).
In/Out Rate and Packages stay nearly the same.

Does anybody know what can cause this?
