[ut3] Possible reason for UT3 Client delay

I just want to know why it was being blocked and by who, this is 
seriously ridiculous.

doesnt have to be microsoft, someone was/is blocking it and I'd like to 
know who because that person/entity is potentially highly *nix 
unfriendly and I wouldnt want to support their software for anything if 
they cause publishers this much trouble for releasing a *nix game with 
their middleware.

I only think its fair to know who threw the monkeywrench
