[ut3] UT3 Linux server startup issues

Where is this "setenforce 0"? What does it do? On another note, I am still
having issues with the server still appearing to be running just fine, but
nobody can join. I don't see any errors in the log files. I do notice that
it happens most, when a new map loads and apparently no body likes the map
and so they all leave. After words, the game just kinda hangs there and
whenever someone new tries to connect, the map loads and they see the map,
but they can't join. I also have found this same issue when it appears that
everyone leaves right at the end of a match. Whenever someone new tries to
connect, the map loads and all they see is the end of match message, but it
does not move onto the next map. How can I detect such hangups and
auto-restart the server. Oh, not only does my start/stop/restart script
doesn't think there is a problem, but I can also log into WebAdmin and all
looks fine there too. It is not until either myself or someone else tries to
connect that I find out that there is an issue. So, please someone, is this
still a known issue and will it be fixed finally in the next patch release?
