[ut3] Possible reason for UT3 Client delay

I don't disagree that more updates would be better than what we 
currently have now (which is basically an embargo on anything even 
related to anything close to being related to the Linux client). 
However, I don't think that the 70 message threads that happen on this 
list help much either, considering the quality of content of most of the 
messages :)
