[ut3] Possible reason for UT3 Client delay

If there is no work, there is no progress report. It is impossible
that an engine designed with portability in mind
(Windows/Xbox-DirectX, PS3-OpenGL and previous engine versions on
Linux) could take so long to port to Linux. Even the tools were made
in wxWidgets for the sole purpose of portability. Am I right?
