[ut3] Query protocol

Sorry for saying GameQ is not supporting UT3-i didn´t know.
For webadmin a password is needed. I don´t think that a serverviewer can access passwords.
If you do it for one server it might work so.

That's right, but I don't think, WebAdmin gets its information via query
protocol. I thought about some sulotion like that too, but mixing query
and WebAdmin protocols would be a very dirty way. Maybe some kind of
last solution.
