"Required package 'A_Vehicle_Darkwalker was not found (download already attempted)"

Now that I know that I have the correct ut3-bin file I am seeing this error
when trying to connect to a map that was working just fine before I replaced
ut3-bin with the latest test one, md5sum ut3-bin is now
29606cab80b6d89d89a5ca0baad10266. The funny thing is is that this map
doesn't even have a Darkwalker in it.

It appears that this is not the only error message I have found in the
forums. Here is another one:

I restart the server and load up a map that I know has Darkwalker in it and
it loads just fine. I will track down the log files later. Time for bed.
