[ut3] Server seems to run as nothing is wrong, but nobodycanconnect

I am not sure why the md5 was different as I had downloaded it from
http://treefort.icculus.org/ut3/ut3-bin-test.tar.bz2. But anyways, the
md5sum ut3-bin is now 29606cab80b6d89d89a5ca0baad10266.

I will be keeping an eye on it and report back the results.
