[ut3] Random Crashes

The "community" is not only looking at other games, but starting to
*buy*other games. A stable release (and soon) is imperative for this
game to
survive.

They should have enlisted a few UT2004 clans to help them work out the bugs
before releasing this. I know several that would have willingly helped from
both a client and server perspective, and at no charge.
