[ut3] Linux Server disconnecting all Players

Well, it was looking good for a while, but the unreal.ie servers are no
longer accepting connections from new players :( Still in the server browser
and "active", so its the same problem.

_slightly_ more stable, but still a bit of work to do I think :)
