Just create one in your game.
You're free to make as many accounts as your want, so just make 1 for your
server and use that one in the commandline to start the server.

Currently, the only guaranteed way is to create it via the game client. 
You'll need access to a Windows machine for that but you don't have to 
buy the client, the demo works fine.
