[ut3] NVidia buying AGEIA

Just remember, when Nvidia purchased 3DFX it took about 2 years for them 
to ship any new products that merged 3DFX and Nvidia technology.

That and I thought that Ryan hinted that Ageia wasn't the source of the 
legal problem.
