[ut3] Dropped Players & Cant Reconnect problem

Yeah it starts to get annoying. It's like you got a safe in front of you
with a million bucks, but you can't open it! Please Ryan, tell us at least
that you are aware of this huge bug that makes it impossible to run a
server.

I really hope a patch is out by the weekend to correct this major issue.  My
server is just sitting there with no ut3 lovin to give :P
