[ut3] multihome param

Hello,

Sorry, but it's only partially working. You're correct in noting that it's
working on ports 7777 and 13000, and even the TCP link to gamespy (29900 if
memory serves me).  But if you look further you will notice 2 more ports
listening on the 0.0.0.0 network.

Try this command and you will see:   netstat -nap | grep ut3
