Server rejecting all connection after some time

After a while, server suddenly refuse all connections... and  
disconnect players already in game :(

Ubuntu 6.06.1
Public IP address on the network card (88.191.17.73)
Command: ./UT3-linux-server-betademo/Binaries/ut3demo server DM- 
HeatRay?Port=7777?GameMode=0?MaxPlayers=16?MinNetPlayers=1?
