[ut3] Linux dedicated server for beta demo now available!

The ut3demo script should have set it up to use the included libstdc++ 
(running ut3demo-bin directly won't, though).

You need something with the Pentium 4's instruction set (Intel or AMD 
should work, but the original Athlon chips will not).
