[ut3] Unreal Tournament 3 and Gears of War Linux Status

Hopefully I'm not stepping on any toes with this.....

Rick, currently there is a beta version of the Linux Server code 
available on the Icculus website. Seeing as there is a beta, I'm sure it 
is safe to assume that a final release will see the light of day. There 
is no ETA as far as I'm aware, but I am not on the devel team either.
