[ut3] Linux Server and AMD Athlon 2600 dual processor

The linux beta demo server requires sse2 instruction set which most  
Athlons of that ilk lack.  Apparently this requirement has been  
lifted in the retail server, though this has yet to be confirmed in  
practice, so far as I have heard.
